We have at least 3 laying now. 2 Wyandottes and 1 Ameracauna. One is giving us double yokes  & one is giving us green eggs.

She is called an Easter Egger or Ameracauna, but we call her Zit (don’t ask, Charley named her). It reminds me of that Dr. Suess book, Green Eggs and Ham. Up until last night we had 11 eggs in the fridge. For Supper I made eggs with tomatoes, peppers & onion. I also made some pancakes topped with butter, honey & blueberry preserves. So now we don’t have any eggs in the fridge but hope the hens will fill it up again!
